Clam Chowder Illness Incident - Boudin Bakery Cafe, San Francisco California

My boyfriend became seriously ill (multiple continuing bouts of violent vomiting, diarrhea, fever, chills) approximately 9 hours after consuming a clam chowder (in sourdough bread bowl) bowl at Boudin Pier 39 yesterday around 2:30 pm. I had another entree. While he complained of some discomfort a bit earlier, the active vomiting episodes (all 5-10 heaves) started approximately 11:30 pm with episodes spanning 15-20 minutes, occurring between 1 and 2 hours apart. It’s been a few hours at this point - not sure that it’s over yet. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills
