I had frozen brocolli florets and cooked some in a small pan. I poured the water off it it looked a funny brown color. I put cheddar cheese in it and then ate one bite. I could tell it just wasn’t right. I dumped it and within an hour or so I started vomiting about every hour and a half from 3pm to 2:30am when I only had stomach juices left and one small last piece of broccoli came out and I didn’t vomit again. I had an absolute horrible headache during this too | Symptoms: Vomiting, Headache
