We ate dinner there at 9:00 PM Friday and my husband started symptoms Saturday afternoon (yesterday) My symptoms started at about 2:30 this morning. I blacked out while trying to urinate, grabbed toilet tank lid and it came off hitting the porcelain tile. ThenSpaghetti and Meatballs, House Salad w/ apples and walnuts , and garlic bread is what we both had. We took leftovers home and my husband ate leftover salad for lunch Sat at work, experienced cramping and nausea all evening, and diarrhea, then light fever near 100°. I had leftover spaghetti meatball and garlic bread yesterday afternoon, began feeling bloated at 11 pm, then by 2:30 diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, fainted and all day today, Sunday, we’re both weak and fatigued, and diarrhea. 2 got sick.
