Ordered a chicken sandwich and chicken strip wrap (pita bread) on 3/25/18 @ approx 630 pm - meat on both appeared to be fried. Took it home. Consumed the wrap first. Within one hour felt extremely cold and nauseous. Woke up throughout the night alternating between fever and hot sweats. Diarrhea @ 330 am, 630 am, 3pm on on 3/26/18. Upset stomach throughout the day along with strange pressure headache behind eyes, prominent pain when leaning over. consumed very small portion of chicken sandwich about 24 hours after the original to confirm suspicions, same results on very small scale. Nothing else consumed that day could have been the possible cause. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Sweating
