On Wednesday March 11 2020 @ 1:00 pm went for lunch. I had the Street Tacos with tortilla chips & salsa and a water. About an hour or two later I suddenly started having severe cramping with urgent diarrhea! This has lasted for two days... severe cramps and diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
