Went there for lunch at around 12pm with my girlfriend. I ordered the buffalo mac and cheese with Asian zing and my girlfriend ordered the small wings with Asian zing. The food looked fine but my girlfriend and I felt really bad leaving there and started puking our brains out after approximately 30 minutes. It is now 4:30 pm and the puking has not stopped. Not sure if it was the chicken or the sauce but whichever one it was had a horrible effect. | Symptoms: Vomiting

Most foodborne illnesses take at least 8-10hrs to show symptoms. The meal before, is likely what caused your illness. A quick review of FDA site will provide more education.
