There were four of us at noon at their facility. My grandson's both ordered chicken wings. My husband ordered a chicken sandwich and I had a cheeseburger. Number one he wanted to come and take our order before we'd even had menus brought the menus came back one minute later to take the order no we didn't look at the menu yet. Came back we place the order my grandson's order the chicken wings they wanted and my husband and I ordered are entree. They within one minute brought out one order of the chicken wings for one of my grandsons which mind you now comes with nothing it was a tray of 10 chicken wings. So now he doesn't want to eat until the rest of us have our food and we're waiting and we're waiting and we're waiting the other order of chicken wings comes out at least 10 minutes later. I ordered a plain cheeseburger which came with everything on it. So now another 10 15 minutes goes by before they bring my husband's chicken sandwich out which we thought they had forgotten about. Normally you bring all the entrees out together there was a 20-minute delay between getting all four entrees which was ridiculous brought no silverware had to ask for that for napkins when you're eating chicken wings not quite enough. And the food was terrible service was terrible and there was nobody in there. I have never been there before and I can assure you we will never return we paid $75 for lunch our neighbor went to Bonefish Grill for lunch with one more person and their lunch bill was less than ours and the food and service was excellent. As to not embarrass our grandsons we said nothing but it was awful!
