An hour prior to close on 12/24/2025 I ordered 1 Medium bacon king, 1 Large bacon king, 1 whopper, and 1 Texas whopper NO MAYO, 1 large fry. The whopper and large BK were fine, but the medium BK had nothing (Like actually nothing on it except for cheese and the patty), and there was mayo (despite being very adamant NOT to have mayo). I asked for a remake on the medium bk, but gave up on the Texas whopper (wasn't worth the hassle) They gave me back a Medium bk with a crap ton of hair in it (and I don't mean ONE hair... NO it was multiple.). Lastly, the large fry came out half filled with fries and the rest was limp onion rings...... FEW THINGS TO NOTE!!! The employees were not kind, they messed up multiple things (SO much so I feel the need to mention that this simply might be intentional), and none of them were wearing any form of proper hair protection (This might be why there was hairs (plural) or again, they might have done this on purpose considering the day). TLDR: Improper food safety, Impolite employees, Messed up food order on multiple levels. | Symptoms: Stomach Pain
