Whopper Shake Illness Report - Burger King, Hinton Alberta

I ordered whopper and chocolate milk shake. While I was drinking the milk shake I noticed it had pigmented look as if it wasn't blended out properly. Also, had a particular taste that was bit off. So I was thinking that maybe it's because the machine didn't blend it out smoothly. After I finished my meal, I felt a sharp feeling in my stomach and head I was wondering if it's because the sugar content. However the feeling became more intense. Started having chills, headache and muscle cramps. I felt weaker and weaker as the time goes but I try to keep up. When I reached home the feeling came on me heavily. I'm trembling headache cramps and eyes hurting extremely as well. I went to bathroom so many times it's the first I've been the bathroom that much. I tried to use the bathroom but to no avail only urine everytime. Now it's 3:47am and I'm up weak and rapid headache | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Weakness
