I ate chicken nuggets, fries, and a piece of peanut butter cup pie that I picked up at around 6 pm Sunday, July, 24, 2016 from the drive thru at countryside plaza. At 10:00, I experienced horrible stomach pain, and now I have diarreah and nausea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
