4 pm Ate Whopper at 5 pm at home. 2 hours nausea and stomach pain. Could not eat next day until noon. Still had nausea and stomach pain. Could not go to work. Ate noodle soup and crackers at lunch. It happened Yesterday. 4 pm, | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain
