I went to BK on my lunch. I ordered 10 piece 1 nuggets ranch and the kings meal (2 chicken sandwiches fries and a coke). About an hour later Im at work with my patients and I feel slightly weird. I go to run to the bathroom and dont even make it out of my patients room before I start projectile vomiting up all the chicken nuggets I ate. I never got a chance to eat the sandwiches or fries. I still feel extremely nauseas and want to throw up but theres nothing left. My mouth keeps watering and I have been dry heaving but again nothing left in my stomach. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
