I ate onion rings with ranch dressing and a bacon burger from the value menu eat about 1 PM on 5/27/2018. At about 5 PM I stored feeling some body aches. By 6:PM I started feeling warm and my stomach felt a little nauseas. By 8 PM my temperature was 101.7 and my stomach was definitely upset: Just before 9PM I vomited. Over the next few hours I had body aches, diarea, and my fever climbed to 103.2. After taking aspirin and cooling myself with cold compresses my fever broke and started going down. My fever was gone and my stomach body aches were gone when I woke the next morning at 5 AM. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

A patient of mine, her daughter and son in law ate at a BK in Mesa, AZ. They shared an order of onion Rings and they all got sick with food poisening.
