After dining at Cactus Club, we developed diarrhea approximately an hour later. We initially believed the tuna tamaki to be the source, given its lukewarm temperature and lack of freshness upon arrival. Nevertheless, it remains uncertain whether the tuna tamaki, steak, prawn crunch roll, chicken pickle, or jalapeno margarita was the actual cause.
