Tonight, after eating a shredded chicken salad at Cafe Rio, I got food poisoning. Shortly after finishing my Cafe Rio meal, I had sharp stomach pains, nausea, and diarrhea. These symptoms continued four separate times so far this evening. :( | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
