I ordered the lunch yesterday “Lunch Special” Mushroom, Sausage and pepperoni with side of Cesar salad. Ate at 12:00pm. A couple hours later I kept burping the food and felt a stomach ache coming on. By night I had diarrhea and by morning I had a fever. So far, fever has reach 102.5. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Burping, Stomach Pain
