Decided to go to Captain D's and order the 10 piece classic fish meal with Cole slaw and fries on New Year's Eve 2023. Waited for about 20mins. Food was hot and it looked fine. After eating a couple pieces of fish and coleslaw.. a couple hours later, my mother felt hot, had headache, stomach cramping, constant vomiting and diarrhea for hours.
