Greasy Fries Cause Illness - Carl's Jr, Norco California

On November 20, 2018 I ate the chicken tenders and cross cut fries at 4 pm. The chicken tenders seemed ok but the French fries were extremely greasy and tasted like they were cooked in old grease because the flavor was off. I should not have eaten the food but I was so very hungry. Immediately after I ate, my stomach filled with gas and I kept burping up the taste of the old fries and passing gas. At 10 pm I became nauseated and my stomach started cramping and churning then the headache started. I went to the bathroom to relieve myself and there was nothing but dark orange grease in the toilet. The forceful vomiting and diarrhea started at 2:00 am and lasted until 4:30 am. Even though I was still nauseous I tried to go to work at 6: 00 am but I had 2 more episodes of vomiting and diarrhea shortly after arriving so I had to go back home. When I got home I vomited again just a little but the diarrhea came back with a vengeance. I haven’t had another episode since 10:00 am but I’m still nauseous and I have a bad headache. I can’t keep anything down except for sips of clear liquids which sucks because this is thanksgiving eve. I’ll never eat Carl’s Jr. Again | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Headache, Cramps, Burping
