Last night (April 4th, 2018) my boyfriend bought me Carl's Jr 5 dollar combo all-star meal. It was a double cheeseburger, spicy chicken sandwich, fries, a chocolate chip cookie and a Sprite soda.I was fine at first, Then later that night my stomach started hurting extremely bad. I had SEVERE diaherra, nonstop vomiting, the chills, I even cried from the pain I was in. My bones hurt, I couldn't move. I just wanted to die, honestly.
It's day 2 and I'm still in pain, I was vomiting this morning (ALOT) and I still have severe diaherra. My bones hurt and I can barely speak. I'm not sure if I can make it to the hospital at this point. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain
