Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, other: Horrible pain, projectile vomitingSuspected source: On Sunday morning January 22,2024 I had the 3 Carne asada taco meal with rice and refried beans with shredded cheese on top at about 10:00 am. By noon I began to start feeling weird an about 2 hours later my stomach was hurting enough to take some pain medication. It increasingly got worse from there. By Monday early Monday afternoon I began moaning and screaming from the pain. At 4am Tuesday morning I began projectile vomiting stomach acid almost a gallon Since then I have been going in and out of consciousness until I was able to contact my doctor today Wednesday January 25 an I will be going to emergency By ambulance.
