Ongoing serious problem: Twice I got food poisoning from the Carrabba's Italian Grill in Raleigh, N.C. I sit at the bar facing the cooks and I am sure that the problem stems from the fact they wear gloves and all night to put the raw chicken on the grill and then take off the cooked beef and chicken wearing the same gloves. I.E> they contaminate the food by using the same gloves for the raw food as the cooked food. The owner/manager always denies and refuses to acknowledge the problem or correct the actions of the cooks.
