Yesterday around 3 or 4 pm me and my family went I got a ceaser salad and a shrimp mushroom pasta I forgot the name of it, but it had scallions on top. I immediately felt the need to poop (diarrhea) I felt sick my sister had to pull the car over to let me vomit. Yes the symptoms were all 4 of them and I also got extremely hot and started visibly sweating | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Sweating, Vomiting

No one has food poisoning that fast unless you have no gallbadder. It was something you ate before. BTW, it's "my family and I" not me and my family.
