I received some teriyaki chicken over Fried Rice from the Panda Express and tomorrow and within minutes not even hours of me eating part of that food my stomach was in horrendous pain on my drive to work  | Symptoms: Stomach Pain, Cramps

Made a visit to this establishment on 6/15/23. Ordered Flatbread pizza and chicken tenders. Immediately felt sick as I left the property. I did not have anything to eat 8 hours prior. Experienced stomach cramps and diarrhea since then. Just recovering today.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
