Sunday evening, June 5, 2016, I ate a salad, bread, butter, croutons from Casa D'Angelo, Parnell, Ft. Wayne, Indiana & spent 48 hours in severe stomach pain and vomited the salad the next day. I still am having challenges with stomach nearly 4 days later and not able to do much in the way of performing home and garden duties. I have never had stomach challenges ever with the exception of one other food poisoning episode of many years ago while eating at a banquet. I further state that I can eat anything without health challenges. In other words, I have absolutely no stomach issues, but rarely eat out. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
