Ate calamari, drank water, ate half a medium rare burger, ate 4 French fries that were limp n soaked in oil dipped in ranch. Paid & packed up food to take home got 10 steps outside the restaurant amd had immediate immense stomach pain with convulsions n then ran across the street and vomited 3 times. Went back inside to notify them and puked 3 more times on the way to the car. Threw away left over food. Laid up all night with fire stomach pain and convulsions when I stood up. Only felt good lying horizontal. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain
