Had a falafel bowl with rice and spinach. Restaurant was crowded, and tables were not being bused quickly. About 18 hours later, I was experiencing headaches and horrible nausea and vomiting, could not keep anything down (not even water). This started to subside around 12 hours later. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
