Veg Mix-up Causes Illness - Hotel, England

2 years ago reported by user-brty7167 business

Center Parcs Whinfell Forest, Penrith, UK

CA10 2DW England, United Kingdom

My son and daughter in law ate in the sports bar on 24 January 2024 at 4pm in centre Parcs Whinfell Forest. They ordered vegetarian spicy chilli chips and it was only when they started eating that the realised it had meat in. They complained and were given vegetarian meals but it was too late and shortly after they started feeling sick and had severe Diarrhea. This ruined the 4 night break. I made a complaint and emailed customer services, the CEO and the MD who have not had the decency to reply | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
