Last night my husband and I went to a place called Centre Street pub where we have gone so many times. We got some food and with in a half hour I started to feel sick. Then nausea just got worse and then around 12 am I started throw up. Both my husband and I have been so sick. I got a chicken bacon ranch wrap and my husband a salad The only thing I can think of that both meals had in common was the lettuce. We have both been up all night with throwing up, diarrhea, stomach pain and a slight fever. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Stomach Pain
