On Sunday April 24 myself along with 5 friends went for the fixed menu brunch at this location. 5 of us ate the brunch menu with 1 other having a special meal made for her dietary concerns, although she did have one spoonful of our meal.By Monday evening all of us but one had massive stomach cramps, nausea, all but 1 vomited violently and most also had diarrhea. Other symptoms for some included fever, full body & muscle aches, headaches and fatigue. By the next morning we were all in touch with each other and found out we were all sick, except the one who only had one spoonful. Half the girls recovered in a couple of days, some longer but I suffered for almost 4 days and just now feeling more like myself again.
The one who only had a spoonful ended up getting sick in the middle of the night Wednesday with fever and diarrhea and lucky for her it only lasted a half a day or so.
I have read that people went to this restaurant the day before and experienced the same symptoms, this is validating for all of us who got sick and hopefully something gets done before more get ill.
Also with Mothers Day coming up I know this restaurant is a popular choice, ugh, I hope more people don’t go what we did, it’s was horrible. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps, Headache, Fatigue, Body Ache, Muscle Pain

The restaurant did not answer their phones all week and their voice mail was full so you could not leave a message. Yesterday I called the restaurant and got through they explained they were having problems with phone lines. Their message should have directed people to an alternative cell number of the owner or manager so they could advise customers who were sick to report it and seek medical attention. I was advised yesterday with them reopening and now phone lines working that it was just a contagious virus and not food poisoning.

TIP: A 'contagious virus' CAN be food poisoning! In fact - Norovirus ( a contagious virus) is the leading cause of foodborne illness in the US. Some ways that it can spread include 1. by an infected worker touching food with their bare hands that have feces or vomit particles on them 2. If food is placed on a counter or surface that has feces or vomit particles on it 3. Tiny drops of vomit from an infected person spray through the air and land on the food 4.If the food is grown or harvested with contaminated water, such as oysters harvested from contaminated water, or fruit and vegetables irrigated with contaminated water in the field.
Thank you for explaining Norovirus, must have had to be a major outbreak from contamination causing poisoning to have people sick who ate on Saturday morning brunch, Saturday evening, and now reports of people who also ate on Sunday who became sick. This is severe
Thanks for this update of information, I’m glad you clarified this.
