We ate around 530 I had two small plates that I pretty much only ate half of each. First I got all beef and some veggies and the next some squid with shrimp. The only thing I had eaten before that was a half a sandwich from home at noon. Later that night all I ate was a bowl of cereal around 8 and this morning diarreah with major stomach cramps.
