- comments: found cafeteria handwash sink hot/cold push buttons at less than 15 seconds running water time when pushed. Instructed to recalibrate said handwash sink hot/cold water push buttons to a minimal 15 seconds running water time when pushed.

38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed 1/4 inch gap at door sweep of exit outer door #13. Must rodent proof said door.

54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: observed 50 rat droppings and excessive amount of garbage and litter on the ground surrounding the garbage dumpsters. Management instructed to clean and maintain the outside garbage area at all times and have all outside garbage dumpster lids closed and tight fitted. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(b).
