June 9 th 2025 I had the $5 meal with coke fries hamburger apple pie, I ate the apple pie first and then fries, a bite of hamburger, then 2 hours later, I fell like something wasn’t right and I felt cramping and very weak,nausea lightheaded, like I was going to faint, chills , I ended up going to the Emergency Department with my symptoms, I was diagnosed with gastrointestinal of a form of | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Chills, Lightheaded, Gas
