Severe Illness After Pasta - Cheddars, Knoxville Tennessee

I had the New Orleans pasta dish with shrimp, chicken, sausage. Threw up severely 7 times that night, and again the next day. Diarrhea for 4 days. The most painful body aches the entire time, could not find relief. On day 5 now and I’m still messed up. Can hardly move around, out of breath very quickly, weak, fatigue.
