Box of cheerios was purchased late March through Amazon Fresh. Had a slightly upset stomach after first bowl but tried a new snack shortly thereafter and assumed I was reacting to that. Several days later had two bowls and within two hours had diarrhea and nausea. Woke up the next morning with the worst headache I have ever had (migraines included), dizziness, and nausea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Headache, Dizziness, Migraine
