General Mills cereal (distributed out of Minneapolis)
I bought a box of the apple strawberry Cheerios today (May 17, 2025). It has an expiration date of Aug. 8 2025.

I ate a bowl of the cereal. It was the first and only thing I consumed. I ate it dry because I didn’t realize I’d run out of milk.

About an hour later, I began feeling queasy and as the nausea got worse I broke out into a cold sweat, but I was also feeling overly warm in the moment.

I ended up vomiting twice and also having diarrhea multiple times after intense stomach pains/cramps. It’s been a couple of hours and I feel better but these Cheerios are absolutely going into the trash. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
