I have a history of ibs-c and I’ve noticed since I consumed Cheerios after ages of not having them, any and every time I eat them I immediately feel my ibs flaring up (gas, bloating, cramping, chills, dizziness, followed by diarrhea). I’m 100% certain that it is the cereal because I’m very well aware of my digestive sensitivity therefore I only drink lactose free milk and gluten free foods, which Cheerios are supposed to be gluten free. Although I truly like them it seems as I may have to completely cut Cheerios out as they make me feel like I’m dying (if you suffer from ibs-c you can relate). | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Bloating, Dizziness, Gas

I have a big problem with Cheerios too. I think it’s from the wheat flour - which is different from wheat gluten. I wanted to paste the ingredients here but it won’t let me. Wheat flour is at the top of the list and I believe that means it’s the main ingredient.
