Cheerios Diarrhea & Vomiting - Costco, Westminster Colorado

3 years ago reported by user-kjkh7827 business

Cheerios Oat Crunch, Costco Wholesale, West 92nd Avenue, Westminster, CO, USA

6400 West 92nd Avenue, Westminster, 80031 Colorado, United States

On Tuesday, 8/23, I purchased a double box of Cheerios Oat Crunch (cinnamon flavor) from here. I ate my first bowl at about 11:30 PM the night of Friday, 8/26. The following morning (10 AM on Saturday, 8/27), I was awakened by the urgent need to unleash several torrents of diarrhea. It was an everything-must-go event. After that was done, I felt nauseous and had no appetite. At about 2 PM that afternoon, I had a bout of vomiting. I then spent the rest of the day in bed with nausea, a light fever, and body aches. I had additional, smaller bouts of diarrhea throughout the day and my second episode of vomiting at about 11 PM that night. The following few days I felt weak and depleted, eating predominantly crackers and bread. It wasn't until Wednesday, 8/31, that I had a normal p**p again, and not until Friday, 9/2, that I resumed a normal diet. I am pretty confident that the Cheerios were the cause of this joyous event given that everything else I ate on 8/26 was something I had already eaten multiple times before (e.g., the almond milk I had with the Cheerios was from a carton I'd used 2-3 times prior). All told, I didn't love the experience. Cheerios: not even once. #cheerios | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Body Ache, Weakness, Loss of Appetite
