Had a huge bowl of Cheerios Pumpkin Spice with milk last night for dinner. Didn’t take long that I was burping up the cereal. Went to bed with stomachache & took 4 Tums. Not too long afterwards I was violently ill, first vomiting & then diarrhea at the same time. I even passed out hitting my head on the toilet & causing a small bruise above my eyebrow. I have never been so ill with food poisoning in my life! Still have diarrhea this morning! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Burping, Stomach Pain
