I had a bowl of regular Cheerios with oat milk for breakfast and nothing else (aside from water). Within a couple hours I had abdominal pain then several bouts of diarrhea. The pain continued then I started developing a bad headache. Soon it progressed into a full blown migraine and chills with a fever of 103. The fever and migraine lasted throughout the night.07/28 update: purchased from this location but because they were ordered through Instacart I don’t know the exact location. My worst symptoms lasted overnight and the diarrhea and a significant headache lasted through the next day. I am better after being down for the last almost 3 days (starting Sunday and residual symptoms fading out on Tuesday). | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Headache, Chills, Migraine, Other
