I had a bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios for breakfast with a small amount of organic whole milk two days last week (not consecutive). Each time, within a few minutes, I felt nauseous, my stomach was cramping, and I was rushing to the bathroom with diarrhea that lasted for a few hours. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
