I'd like to preface by saying I have been eating little cereal over recent years, but when I have eaten it, I've tended toward organic varieties. My budget is being squeezed, and I can't always afford organic now, so I recently opted for some flavored Cheerios to use as a snack. I ate several servings of the limited edition "Strawberry Banana Cheerios" approx. two weeks ago, and within hours of ingestion each time, had mucosal diarrhea (that definitely smelled like Cheerios). I thought maybe it was the variety, as I hadn't had it before. Yesterday, I decided to try the "Chocolate Cheerios" I had purchased at the same time, and sadly had the exact same reaction. Something is definitely wrong with Cheerios.
