This is the 3rd time I’ve had diarrhea a few hours after a bowl of Cheerios. They were the regular ones, I first thought it was bad milk. But this time the milk was a completely different gallon and it’s the same results. Also a different box of cereal too. I get horrible stomach cramps followed by what feels like gas but turns into explosive diarrhea for hours. I love cheerios but I don’t think I will eat them again now.08/21 update: The symptoms last about 8 hours or so. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Gas
