I've been eating cheerios as a night time snack for the past ... week and a half? And I've been dealing with upset stomachs, nausea, diarrhea, and weird tasting burps since. It was especially bad yesterday, to the point I almost called out of work.

I eat my cereal dry, I don't like milk.

I switched from the name brand to an aldi store brand and in a literal day I've started to feel better. The only change to my diet was the cheerios. Now that I'm not eating General Mills, I'm fine. Something's definitely up. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Burping
