My 6 yo son ate a corn dog, french fries and a few bites of tuxedo cheesecake at 6pm. Felt bad on the trip home. Vomited everything up within 2 hours...102F fever, nausea, vomiting all next day. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
