I had the cheesy broccoli and rice with chicken tenders around 2PM on Thursday the 2nd. About 1-2 hours after I ate my stomach started hurting and cramping really bad then bloating. I went to sleep around 11PM and woke up at 2AM Friday the 3rd vomiting violently every 20-30 minutes till 7:30AM. Every time I tried to sip on a drink of any kind after that I would vomit almost immediately till around 9PM. I started having uncontrollable diarrhea around noon on Friday the 3rd which caused me to loose control of my bowels many times. It is now Saturday the 4th and I'm still having severe stomach cramping a fever and uncontrollable diarrhea. I can not eat and can only sip very small amounts of fluids. My husband had the chicken tenders as well but not the broccoli and he is perfectly fine. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Bloating, Cramps, Stomach Pain
