My family and I had dinner on the 13th of Nov at around 6.30pm.
We ordered the pasta, fried chicken, rice and an extra serve of coleslaw.

It was both my husband and I first meal of the day.
My husband experienced diarrhoea at around 9.40pm and I was starting to feel bloated and uneasy in my stomach.

I started to feel really nauseous at around 3.30am. | Symptoms: Nausea, Bloody Stool
