- comments: observed the interior of the 2 door wooden cabinets in the front preparation area to have build up on the bottom shelves at time of inspection. Observed heavy seed and debris accumulation on top compartment behind the lid of the prep cooler located on east wall. Instructed to detail clean and maintain free of excessive build up.
