High Priority - Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, food storage area and/or bar area. 19 flies in cookline area landing on pipes, wiring, plastic divider , walls ,hood, outside of coolers and one landing on dry wiping cloth on prep table. 1 fly flying around Grill in front line area. 1 fly flying by open containers of ice tea in prep area. 2 flies above prep cooler in salad station landing on take out containers. 5 flies in front counter area landing on walls , monitors and 1 landed on takeout cups. 3 flies in front counter area landing in containers of sauces 6 flies landing on ledge dividing front counter from dining room. 4 flies flying in dining room area. 4 flies flying in dishwashing area. 1 fly landed on inspector's arm twice while in dining room table.
High Priority - Employee touched face/hair and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands.
