Milkshake Illness Inquiry - Chick-Fil-A, Hendersonville Tennessee

7 months ago reported by user-mdcym218 business

Chick-fil-A, Glenbrook Way, Hendersonville, TN, USA

1033 Glenbrook Way, Hendersonville, 37075 Tennessee, United States

Today me and my husband and my one year-old son went to Chick-fil-A and ate lunch inside. My meal was fine. I ate it. Nothing wrong with me. My son ate his meal. He’s fine nothing wrong with him. My husband ate his meal he then wanted to order milkshakes to take with us while I traded my son’s toy in for an ice cream cone . He ate his ice cream cone my son was fine afterwards, I hadn’t touched my milkshake yet while my husband had all his vanilla shake drank before leaving the store and before we barely got out the chick fil a door he was throwing up but not just once but 4 times between the time of getting in the car and getting home having to stop and pull over just to throw up his milkshake I’m wanting to know if other people have had the same experience getting food poisoning from salmonella or E. coli through their ice cream machine or whatever they used to make milkshakes because now I’m skeptical of drinking mine I still have not touched it because I do not want to be throwing up and he is one that eats a big bowl of ice cream every evening after dinner so isn’t any source of lactose intolerance this could ever possibly be . It’s something in the milkshakes or it being unsanitary I’m wishing I could figure this so I know if it’s okay to drink them or not from this location . | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Perhaps it was something your husband ate prior to the milkshake? Or were the orders all exactly the same?
