Spicy Chicken Sandwich Illness - Chick-Fil-A, Lilburn Georgia

I went to here around 6 - 7 pm on December 3 and it was the only thing I ate all day. I had A spicy chicken sandwich deluxe meal with a peppermint milk shake. I later started feeling bad and when I got home immediately went to rest. I was having a headache, nausea, and felt dehydrated. Around 1 - 2 am on December 4 I got up and still had a headache and nausea I went to the bathroom once and had diarrhea. I couldn’t really stand or walk for long because of nausea. I later went again and vomited. I felt better afterward. That had never happened before when consuming and the food appeared as it always did and the facility was fairly clean. The only issue I had was not receiving my milkshake with my order. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Dehydration
